Lease Signings


Flocke & Avoyer (619-280-2600) signed the following leases at Eastlake Village Marketplace, a center anchored by Target and Lowe’s Home Improvement, located at 2295 Otay Lakes Road in San Diego, CA: 1,395 sq.ft. for 10 years with Subway; 1,205 sq.ft. for 10 years with Cold Stone Creamery; 2,611 sq.ft. for 11 years with Ulta Beauty Supply; 1,257 sq.ft. for five years with Daydreams Ceramic Cafe; 1,431 sq.ft. for five years with Diamond Nails; 7,000 sq.ft. for eight years with Sleep Train and 18,000 sq.ft. for 15 years with Office Depot. The leases are for a combined consideration of $9,193,753.

Levin Management Corp. (201-796-7788) signed the following nine leases: 1,600 sq.ft. with Nextel at North Village Shopping Center in North Brunswick, NJ, bringing the center to 100% occupancy. Cotenants include Barnes & Noble, Bed Bath & Beyond, Michaels, Annie Sez, Panera Bread and Chili’s; 3,400 sq.ft. with Domani Trattoria Grill at Plaza Square in Wayne, NJ. Cotenants at the 103,842 sq.ft. center include ShopRite, GNC and Fleet Bank; 1,072 sq.ft. with Puff ‘n Snuff at Mid-Town Plaza, a 94,732 sq.ft. center located in Middletown, PA; 2,400 sq.ft. with Sun City Tanning Salon at Bayshore Plaza located on U.S. 9 in Barnegat, NJ. The center is anchored by a 55,000 sq.ft. A&P Supermarket and tenanted by Hudson Savings Bank, McDonald’s and Spirits; 5,855 sq.ft. with Kid City at Capital Plaza, a 356,485 sq.ft. center located at the intersection of U.S. 206 and North Olden Avenue in Ewing Township, NJ. The center is anchored by Super G and is tenanted by A.J. Wright, American Furniture Design, GNC, Forman Mills, Fashion Bug, Ashley Stewart, Fleet Bank and Blockbuster Video; 3,886 sq.ft. with My Dollar Store and 1,920 sq.ft. with US Nails at Fair Ground Plaza, a 213,588 sq.ft. center located at 531 High Street in Mount Holly, NJ. The center is anchored by ACME supermarket and is tenanted by Sovereign Bank, Staples, Advance Auto and Jo-Ann Fabrics; and 12,124 sq.ft. with Annie Sez and 508 sq.ft. with Wireless Distributors at the Somerset Shopping Center, a 213,588 sq.ft. center located at 385 U.S. Highway 202/206 in Bridgewater, NJ. The center is anchored by Kids "R" Us, OfficeMax, Linens ‘n Things and Pier 1 Imports and is tenanted by Barnes & Noble and T.G.I. Friday’s.
